Black School was started by students who had a deep desire to connect with their rich history and culture.
Our Program: Black School is a pop-up dialogue program that explores identity, and culture through the lens of African /Social psychology for students ages 12-19. The program includes readings, structured discussions, story sharing, and experiential learning to increase cultural competency, and personal confidence while building skill for and commitment to personal and social action Black school was founded in 2016 in Los Angeles, Ca. In 2017 we hosted our first Black School dinner. |
